Alan Smithers - Senior Leadership Team
Alan has been an AOG minister for over 45 years. He is married to Ann, has two daughters: Leah and Rachel, and two grandchildren: Reuben and Jemimah. Alan loves reading, preaching and dining out.
Irene Stone - Senior Leadership Team
Irene is married to Bryan with two children, Andrew and Deborah and with three grandchildren she’s kept busy! Irene was born and raised in Swindon, she loves meeting people, reading and gardening.
Geoff Naylor - CAP Manager
Geoff is married to Wilma and has 3 daughters.
He enjoys hill walking, sailing and DIY and loves to see people discover the Living God.
John is married to Julie and they have three children. John heads up Discovery Church @ The Parks and has a passion for ultra relevent discipleship.
Martin Poole - Director of Ministry
Martin is married to Jane and they have one son, Michael and one daughter, Jessica. He loves reading, walking (especially upwards) and eating Chicken Vindaloos!!
Genti Mullaliu - Director of Fellowship
Genti is married to Lois. They met in Albania where Lois served as missionary and they have a son called Isaac. Their heart is to minister to people in the local community and to be a bridge for the Gospel to God given connections throughout the world.
Richard is married to Lynne with two sons Josh & Sam, he loves reading, preaching, travelling, meeting new people, and eating curry. His ministry gifting, emphasis, and passion is for mission & evangelism
Tom is married to Suzanne, and has 6 amazing children: Hannah, Joseph, James, Bethany, Grace, and Samuel. He is a great fan of John Bunyan, and he is passionate about training and releasing others to fulfil their God given potential!
